Gijima Woodfired Experience Parrilla Grill
The term “Parrilla” translates to “grill”, referring to the traditional open-fire cooking method using metal V-grates over hot coals or wood embers. In its simplest form, a parrilla consists of a metal grill positioned above a heat source, allowing for authentic woodfire cooking and superior flavour.
The Gijima Parrilla Grill features a manual wheel crank system, allowing easy height adjustment of the grill over open flames or hot coals for precise heat control and an authentic Argentinian grilling experience.
